Job summary

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is required.
• Genuine care for others and ability to work well in a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents.
• Assist with daily tasks, including personal care from hygiene to companionship.
• Encourage independence and support residents with daily routines and activities.
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times.
