Job summary

Randstad NV in Horsham is seeking a dedicated support worker to help young people and adults with complex needs. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, in a day education centre, with a focus on life skills, education, and social interaction.

You will join a welcoming team, receive on-site training and opportunities for progression, with onsite parking and a shuttle bus. All successful applicants will have relevant care/education experience and eligibility to work in the UK.

• Relevant care/education or support worker experience (desirable).
• SEN experience preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Larger than life (and larger than average) day centre local to you is looking for an inspiring support worker to join their well-established team on a full-time basis ASAP. This position is permanent and needed 40 hours a week. Applicants for this role must be available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The setting is a day education centre there to support the needs of vulnerable young people and adults from 18 years upwards. The learners in this setting are welcomed from all walks of life and complex needs including but not limited to Autism. This is a spacious and modern site with lots of transitional and outdoor spaces. Senior leadership is long-standing and heavily involved with an open-door policy and is available to support all at any opportunity. This setting can offer you career progression opportunities and on-site training.

This role is open to receiving applications over the next two weeks.
