Job: Mental Health Support Worker
Pay: £12.82 per hour (equating to £31,998 per annum); overtime rate of £13.32 per hour
Hours: 48 hours per week (based on 12-hour shifts) - part time working will be considered

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will join our team supporting a service user with learning disabilities and limited understanding of English in their home in Epsom, Surrey KT18.

- Croatian speaker - essential
- Experience with working with people with mental health, autism, challenging behaviours and learning disabilities - desirable (training will be provided)
- People who have used restraint or would be comfortable being trained to use restraint - desirable (training will be provided)
- Can lone work with confidence and be part of a wider team

- Must live within commutable distance of Epsom
- Can evidence NVQ qualification in social care or Care Certificate – desirable (training will be provided).
- Fully paid 2‑week induction and clinical training
- PMVA training
- Fully paid DBS check to start employment, you will then be required to sign up for the DBS Update Service and maintain an annual subscription (at a minimal cost of £16 per year)
