Jupiter Recruitment is helping a respected care home in the Bungay area to recruit a motivated Support Worker. You will join a team delivering high-quality care to residents with learning disabilities and complex needs in a calm, supportive setting.

The role requires NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent. It is a permanent full-time position, 36 hours per week, on days, with pension, paid training, enhanced bank holiday rates and other benefits.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent required.
• Provide high-quality personal care and daily tasks.
• Promote independence and well-being of residents.

Responsabilités

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting well-being and highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with personal care and daily tasks, including hygiene, in activities and outings
• Encourage independence and support residents with daily routines
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times
