Capability Scotland is looking for Support Workers / Community Living Assistants to join our team supporting adults with disabilities to live as independently as possible in their own homes and communities across North Lanarkshire.
Whether you're an experienced Support Worker or you're looking to start your career in care, you don't need previous care experience. We provide full training and will fully fund your SVQ qualification.
Our support visits are typically a minimum of four hours, giving you the time to build meaningful relationships and provide high-quality, person-centered support.

As a Support Worker, you'll help the people we support to live fulfilling and independent lives. Your role may include:

We provide support 24 hours a day, so there are a variety of shifts available, including:
We offer full-time, part-time and weekend-only opportunities, with rotas issued well in advance to help you plan your life outside work.
Please note that you must be able to work shifts. We are unable to accommodate availability restricted to specific hours such as 9am–2pm.
