A supportive care organization in Birchfield is looking for dedicated Support Workers to assist individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. The role involves helping service users live independently by providing emotional support and practical help, including personal care and managing daily activities. A passion for compassion and teamwork is essential. This full-time position offers flexibility, comprehensive training, and an attractive salary of £27,300 per annum based on a 42-hour work week.
We are recruiting Support Workers to join the team across our Supported Living Services, supporting individuals in their own homes as well as out in the community, helping them to live as independently as possible.

We are flexible regarding working hours / shifts – giving you the flexibility to work around commitments you may already have. Successful candidates will be required to have an Enhanced DBS check prior to commencing employment. When you first join Eden Futures, you will be paid for completing a comprehensive Induction Programme involving face‑to‑face training, e‑learning and shadowing experienced members of your team. For those new to care, we will make sure that you are given the support to complete your Care Certificate and gain a nationally recognised Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or relevant to your role, partnering with our provider company Paragon Skills.
