A community support organization in Manchester is seeking enthusiastic support workers to provide practical assistance and emotional support to children with learning disabilities. The role involves empowering young people to achieve their goals while promoting their health and well-being. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills and be adaptable, with experience preferred but training provided.

You will need to be adaptable and flexible with excellent communication skills and able to work as part of our team. Experience of challenging behaviour and/or learning disabilities is preferred but all training will be provided.
