A caring organization in Studley is seeking Children's Support Workers to help young people with complex needs. Responsibilities include providing emotional support, facilitating activities, and assisting with daily tasks. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, experience with children, and a desire to make a positive impact. Training will be provided for less experienced applicants.
We have a 6 bed residential home, supporting children with learning disabilities and complex needs. Be a part of developing our service and help make a difference to a young person's life every day.
Position: Children's Support Worker/Carers
Location: Studley (B80 postcode)
Hours: Full-time, permanent, (Sleep in shifts are required however this will not be on every shift) When you do a sleep in, it's £55 per sleep - 9.30pm - 7.30am.

For Support Worker positions although an understanding of the role is desirable, it is not essential as training will be provided.

You will be required to undergo relevant pre-employment checks including an enhanced DBS check. This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
