We are looking for a Residential Support Worker to join a dedicated and caring team supporting children with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties who have experienced trauma and adversity in a residential care setting. As a Support Worker, you will help create a safe, structured and nurturing environment where children can begin to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
