A leading care staffing agency in the UK is seeking passionate support workers to assist vulnerable children and young people. Candidates should have experience in residential support, effective communication skills, and a Level 3 qualification in health and social care. We are keen to speak to dedicated and passionate support workers who are committed to making a difference to the lives of some of the most vulnerable children and young people in our communities. You will join specialist support worker teams who deliver high level support, create safe environments and offer a deep understanding of how trauma and a young person's journey through life has an impact on current behaviours, communication and understanding.
