Job summary

Creative Support in Reading, Berkshire, is recruiting a Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities at a supported living service. You will help service users enjoy activities at home and in the community, provide personal care, and offer practical and emotional support.

Full/part-time roles with a 37.5-hour week on a flexible rota, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Training is provided, including potential for a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for individuals with learning disabilities (preferred).
• Eligibility to work in the UK; sponsorship not offered.
• Training opportunities including QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Support service users in activities at home and in the community.
• Provide respectful personal care and emotional support.
• Work flexible rota including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Fulfill 37.5 hours per week with full-time/rota-based scheduling.
