A prominent support organization in Wales is seeking a Support Worker to join their Cardiff team. In this role, you will help individuals develop life skills, manage tenancies, and engage with the community. JOB ROLE: Support Worker
LOCATION: Cardiff Supported Living - Positions available in Cardiff, Barry & Treahfod.
HOURS: 37.5 per week
SALARY: £12.60 - £13.30* per hour

Our Cardiff team provides personalized support tailored to each individual — whether that’s 24-hour care, overnight assistance, or bespoke packages. You’ll work in a variety of settings, including shared houses, individual flats, and family homes, supporting people to manage their own tenancies and daily lives.
As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including:
Experience within the care sector is not essential as we offer full training, however what you do need is the enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values every day to ensure we move mountains to support people to live happy and healthy lives.
