A well-established not-for-profit organization in Cardiff is seeking a Support Worker (Residential) to join their dedicated team. This role involves providing tailored support for individuals with learning disabilities, including daily living assistance, personal care, and encouraging social engagement. Ideal candidates will be compassionate and possess strong communication skills. This position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive training.
Job Title: Support Worker (Residential) Male Required
Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week) or Part Time
Salary: £26,280 per annum (£12.60 per hour)

At Fairfield House, you’ll be part of a dedicated team supporting six men with a range of support needs including autism, epilepsy, mental health conditions, and behaviours that can sometimes be challenging. These behaviours are part of the people’s unique support needs, and Perthyn will provide you with full training and ongoing support to help you feel confident and prepared.
