Liaise is looking for compassionate Support Workers to help people lead happy, purposeful lives. We provide full training and a supportive team to help you grow within a caring environment.

Day shifts available; you will assist with daily tasks, accompany residents on social visits and outings, and maintain accurate records. We value empathy, safeguarding, clear communication, and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• A basic understanding of care is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills.
• Takes pride in working with vulnerable people and takes safeguarding responsibilities seriously.
• Effective decision making and judgement.
• Strong planning and organisation skills.
• Achieves all Health & Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist those we support by helping with daily tasks.
• Support in day-to-day life: social visits, family visits, and days out to local attractions.
• Keep paperwork up to date to ensure records for each person are accurate.
• Work positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to support those who live in the home.
