Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a dedicated Support Worker with driver duties in Bedford to help people with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs lead more independent lives. You will work in a supportive team, delivering person-centred care and enabling activities that promote daily living skills.

The role offers days with varied shifts from early to late, and can be full-time (37.5 hours) or part-time, with weekend work on a rotating basis and opportunities for training and progression within

Hours: Days - 37.5 hours contract and Part Time

Shift Patterns:

• 7am - 10pm - Varied shifts
• Monday to Sunday, working alternate weekends
