A leading care support company in Cardiff is seeking a Support Worker to assist individuals in developing life skills and achieving independence. The role includes providing day-to-day support, encouraging personal development, and assisting with healthcare needs. As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping people develop life skills, engage in their communities, and pursue education and employment opportunities. Our Cardiff team provides personalized support tailored to each individual, whether that’s 24‑hour care, overnight assistance, or bespoke packages. You’ll work in a variety of settings, including shared houses, individual flats, and family homes, supporting people to manage their own tenancies and daily lives.
Experience within the care sector is not essential as we offer full training, however what you do need is the enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values every day to ensure we move mountains to support people to live happy and healthy lives.
Keys Group supports over 2,500 individuals across England and Wales through its three divisions: Accomplish – specialist residential, supported living, and accommodation for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and brain injuries; Keys – education and care for children and families through schools, children’s homes, supported accommodation, and family assessment centres; and Peak – indoor and outdoor adventure activities across four UK centres, including bespoke education programs and confidence‑building activities like bushcraft, climbing, and canoeing.
