Lifeways in Tile Hill, Coventry is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Beech and Willow House, a vibrant supported living service for adults aged 20–45 with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. You’ll help residents live independently, support daily routines, and encourage social engagement in a caring, team-focused environment.

The role offers full-time hours (37.5 per week) with rota-based shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is welcomed but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Empowering individuals to live independently and confidently.
• Supporting with daily routines, personal care, and community activities.
