The Role and Responsibilities

You will be part of a team who are responsible for ensuring that our children and young people are nurtured and cared for in every element of their lives and overall well being. You will have an insight into how to respond sensitively and helpfully to vulnerable young people through engagement and play emphasis on having trusting, warm and honest relationships that promote safety and stability.

We are looking for Child Care professionals who are passionate and innovative about their role as a key worker and view it more than a job. This career will enable you to help young people have a fulfilled life and reach their full potential. The role will allow you to educate the Rights of children and young people in our care and be both their advocate and corporate parent. You will accompany young people to and from education establishments and facilitate family time. Independence should be promoted through life skills in order to help our young people prepare for later life and most importantly exposure to live life to the fullest.
