A reputable support service provider in Burnley is seeking a Full-Time Female Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities and autism. Your responsibilities will include providing 1-2-1 care, supporting daily living activities, and ensuring emotional well-being in a respectful manner. We are looking for Full-Time Female-Only Support Worker/Carers within our supported living service in Burnley. Covering days, evenings, sleep ins, and weekends on a rota basis. Driver essential as the people we support have their own mobility cars. The people we support have a range of needs including learning disabilities, autism and acquired brain injury.
Position: Full-Time Support Worker (Supported Living)
Location: Burnley - for this role it essential you be able to drive.
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week (part-time positions also available).

This role will be providing 1-2-1 care to residents with complex learning disabilities and it is preferable that you drive for the role.

The position involves lone working. You would need to be able to work on a rota which includes shift work and weekends. You would also be required to work sleep in shifts.
Being a driver is essential but it is not essential that you own a car.
