A progressive care company in Wales is seeking a Support Worker/Carer to provide practical assistance and emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex care needs. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, compassionate, and committed to enhancing the quality of life for those they support. You will facilitate social activities, promote health and well-being, and perform various care tasks. Training will be provided as necessary.

The support team will provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower the people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations.
The team will be inducted and trained to support people within our residential home. The people we support require support around their daily living skills, health needs and will have a range of physical and/or learning disabilities.
We require a Support Team who is empathetic and non‑judgmental, someone who has experience in behaviour that can be challenging.

Experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and/or complex care is preferred but all training will be provided.
