A Support Services Company in Greater Manchester seeks dedicated Support Workers/Carers to support individuals with diverse needs in residential settings. The role offers full-time contracts with varied shift patterns and emphasizes compassion and communication. We are looking for Support Worker/Carers who care about making every moment matter for the people we support in our residential services.
Position: Full‑Time Support Worker/Carer
Location: Seaham (SR7 postcode) Drivers Desirable.
Hours: Full time, on a rota basis, 8‑12 hour shifts, days, nights, waking nights.
Job type: Permanent, up to 36‑40 hour contracts available.

These qualifications are essential for the Support Worker role and will enable the successful candidate to provide high‑quality care and support to individuals in need. You will need to be adaptable and flexible with excellent communication skills and able to work as part of our team.
Experience of challenging behaviour and/or learning disabilities is preferred but all training will be provided and being able to drive is preferable.
