Job summary

Completely Care Recruitment Consultants Ltd in Abergavenny is seeking an Agency Support Worker to provide high-quality support for individuals with complex needs. The role focuses on daily living assistance, companionship, and promoting independence within the community.

You will work as part of a compassionate team, using person-centred approaches to ensure dignity and safety, including moving & handling and adapting to varied shifts and locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months UK-based experience as a Support Worker.
• Experience or confidence in working with challenging behaviour.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a strong desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
• Reliable and flexible, with a willingness to work varied shifts and locations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, using initiative and judgment to respond to client needs.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities
