Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist individuals with mental health needs in a specialist supported living setting in the Wirral area.

The role offers flexible day and night shifts with opportunities for a permanent position after a temporary placement. You will provide person-centred care, support daily living activities, and promote independence while adhering to safeguarding procedures and documenting progress.

• Follow individual support plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures
• Monitor and report changes in service users' mental health and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and professionals
• Help maintain a safe, supportive, and positive living environment
