Qualifications

Support Worker - Worksop - £12.22 per hour

Typical Shifts: Monday to Sunday, Night Shifts: 9:30pm - 7:30am

We are seeking caring, hands-on Support Workers passionate about improving the quality of life for those we support. In this role, you'll help individuals gain independence, teach new skills, assist with personal care, and encourage community engagement through activities like dining out, gaming, or outings to the cinema.

This role is ideal for someone eager to make a real difference, helping individuals build confidence and independence to achieve their personal goals.

Our Support Workers should have the right experience and values: resilience, flexibility, and composure. Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans, working with individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and requiring additional support is preferred.
