Job summary

Branas Isaf is recruiting a Residential Support Worker to join a supportive, therapeutic team caring for children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs in a rural setting near Worcester. You will help with daily routines, school activities and outings, while building trusting relationships and promoting independence.

No prior care experience is required as comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided; a full UK driving licence is preferred and shifts may include

What we're looking for

You don't need previous care experience, we'll teach you everything you need to know.

We're looking for people who are:

• Hold a full UK manual driving licence and be willing to work evenings, weekends and sleep-ins as part of a rota.
