Job summary

Salutem Care and Education is recruiting for a Support Worker at The Primrose service in St Peters, Worcester. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, enabling care to 4 young adults transitioning to their first home in the local community.

You will implement person-centered plans, promote independence, manage risks, and support wellbeing while maintaining detailed records and coordinating with the team. A collaborative, inclusive environment is at the core of our care approach.
