Shift Pattern: 7:00am - 5:00pm (Monday to Sunday)

We’re on the lookout for a caring, committed individual to support someone living in their family home in Wisbech. This person has complex clinical needs, including epilepsy and is PEG fed—but there's so much more to them than that.They’re full of personality, love music, enjoy watching football, and are always up for trips into the community.We’re looking for someone local to Wisbech who knows the area well and holds a Full UK driving license to help make these outings fun, smooth, and safe.

Enriching activities will be an important factor in your support, and you will bring a wonderfully empathetic approach to truly make a difference to this person’s life. You will also need to bring previous experience with you in the following:

What will your shift involve?

In this role, you will be providing high-quality care on a 2:1 basis, ensuring that the individual you support receives compassionate and attentive care tailored to their specific needs. Your responsibilities will include engaging with them in meaningful activities and taking them out in the community to promote their social interaction and well-being. Additionally, you will support with household tasks to maintain a clean and organized living environment that fosters comfort and independence. Clear and confident communication in their preferred manner will be essential to building a strong and trusting relationship.

This role sits within our Bespoke Health & Social Care family, and you will be supported by an experienced hands-on Complex Care Manager.
