Job summary

CareTech is recruiting a Support Worker for Wisbech to provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. Roles include 16 hours per week on a rota, with evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins. DBS check required and training opportunities available.

Support Worker - Weekend and Evening Support Worker

Location: Wisbech

Rate: £13.03 per hour + £56.35 Sleep in Rate

Permanent | Part-Time | 16 hours per week (rota-based)

About the Service – Kinderley

Supported Living, supporting adults aged 18+ in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. The service promotes independence, choice, and wellbeing through tailored, person-centred support.

Our service user requires 2:1 support during the day and 2:1 support overnight (including one waking night and one sleep-in).
