Voyage Care in Hull is seeking a genuine, hands-on Part Time Support Worker to help people gain independence. You will support daily living, assist with personal care, and encourage community engagement in a friendly team.

Typical shifts include early, mid, and night, with enhanced pay for evenings and weekends. No prior experience is required, just a caring attitude and commitment to DBS checks. Full induction and ongoing training provided.

Part Time Support Worker - Hull - £12.72ph -£13.22ph

Typical Shifts are: Mixed shifts & 0730-1430, 1430-2130, 2130-0730

As a support worker with us you’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our supported living service in Hull is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.

This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
