A care provider in Willenhall is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. The role involves empowering individuals, promoting safety and dignity, and ensuring compliance with care guidelines. The position comes with a starting salary of £26,682 (pro rata) and a commitment to staff development through training and support.
Location: Kings Norton, South Birmingham
Salary: Starting at £26,682 (pro rata)
Hours: Average of 42 hours per week, permanent contract (shift‑based including weekends)
