Job description

Overview

As a Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality, enabling care. Every day brings new challenges and rewards, making this a truly fulfilling role. You'll be key in helping us achieve our goal of being the best in the field.

Shift rotation: 7 day rota, includes evening and weekends/bank holidays. 6 x 8 hr shifts one week and 4 x 8 hrs the next. Individual Outcome and Wellbeing: Implement person-centered support plans, promote independence, manage risks, encourage relationships, and ensure legal and best practice compliance.
