A leading social housing provider in the UK is seeking a dedicated coach/keyworker to support young people in their journey to independence. You will build trusting relationships, deliver life skills sessions, and create personalized plans. Ideal candidates will possess empathy for young people with complex needs and creativity to unlock potential. The role offers part-time opportunities with 15 and 22.5 hours available each week.
Imagine this… A young person has just moved into West Farm after months of instability. They’re unsure, maybe guarded, but you start by cooking a simple meal together. Over time, you help them learn to budget, manage a tenancy, and rebuild confidence. You’re not just teaching skills, you’re helping someone believe they can thrive independently, while knowing they’ve got someone they can trust walking alongside them.
We have two vacancies offering 15 hours and 22.5 hours.
