Dimensions Weymouth is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist a gentleman in his 20s living independently. This role involves one‑to‑one support to maintain routines, build confidence, and explore new opportunities within a person‑centred framework.
You’ll help with daily activities, meals, budgeting, personal care, and developing living skills while promoting choice and independence. Flexible full‑ or part‑time patterns and comprehensive training are provided.
