Role Responsibilities

As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you will provide high‑quality support to people who have varying levels of learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and complex needs. You will promote independence and dignity, empowering people to live how they choose. No two days will be the same: you may support someone with daily activities such as eating or dressing, or help them access local community services such as education, parks, cafes, and shops.
