A care organization is seeking a Support Worker in Kings Heath to assist residents in developing independence and participating in daily activities. This role offers comprehensive training and the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives. Salary: £12.31 per hour
Role: 20 hours per week on a rota basis
Shifts are split between 7.30am and 10.00pm, successful applicants must be able to do a mix of days shifts.

If you have previous experience as a support worker, care assistant, domiciliary/home care, or residential homes then this would be ideal for you. If not, don’t worry if you have no experience as this isn’t necessary and full training will be provided. We are just looking for caring and compassionate people who want to make a difference to people’s lives.
Robins view is a supported living service for up to 11 adult service users with mental health diagnosis, Autism and mild learning disabilities. We need staff that like to support in the community as our service users are very active and like support to attend collage and work placements on occasions.
