Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? Do you enjoy being active, social, and part of a team? We’re looking for two Full-Time Support Workers to join our friendly and fast-paced home supporting 4 individuals (2 ladies and 2 gentlemen) aged 50s–60s.

This is a lively, engaging home where no two days are the same! You’ll be supporting people with autism, learning disabilities, sensory impairments, and epilepsy. The people we support love to live life to the fullest, whether it’s holidays abroad and in the UK (you’ll go too!), cinema trips, concerts, gym sessions, swimming, arts, and crafts, or exploring new places by train. They also have strong family connections, and you’ll help support visits and trips to see loved ones.

Personal care is part of the role—full support for the ladies and prompting for the gentlemen—as well as medication administration and meal preparation.

Shifts are varied, including early, late, and sleep-in shifts (one per week), with a rolling 4-week rota planned. You’ll need to be a confident driver to drive the people we support vehicles—no need for your own car.

This is a fast-paced, fun, and fulfilling place to work, where you’ll be part of a supportive team making a real difference every day.
