£13.54 per hour

Full time (37.5 hours per week) – Stockton Heath, WA4 (13 min Drive From Morrisons, Stockton Heath)

About the person we support

We have a gent in his 20s who we're supporting. He enjoys his own space and spending time with family.

He has a learning disability, autism and we’re looking for highly motivated support workers to assist him to live independently as he transitions into moving into his own home.

You will also need to provide emotional reassurance when experiencing behaviours of distress – full positive behaviour support training is provided but previous experience is essential.

What will I be doing

You will be supporting him to live their live how he choose and to achieve his goals.
With the gent's autism, activities have to have a clear middle objective and an end one.
As well as supporting him to get involved in all the activities he enjoys, you’ll also be providing support with his personal care, medication, food shopping, and domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry

Shift Patterns

Day Shifts: 7am–10pm
Waking Night Shifts: 10pm–7am
This includes a combination of weekdays and weekends.
Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance - something we're very passionate about!

Salary / Benefits: £13.78 per hour

Current pay rate of £13.54 per hour will be increasing to £13.78 per hour from 1st November.
