Job summary

A values-based organisation is seeking Support Workers to join their Day Centre Team in Caerphilly. This role involves assisting individuals with sensory and complex disabilities in daily tasks, providing personal care and medication support. The position offers flexible working hours ranging from 16 to 30 hours weekly at a competitive hourly rate starting from £12.50. Overview

You don’t need any previous experience to become a Support Worker with Sense. We’ll give you full training for our part‑time and full‑time roles.

You will join our amazing Day Centre Team at our fully accessible Sense Hub which has been at the heart of Caerphilly since 2015 providing support to individuals with sensory and complex disabilities.

Our day service provides a huge range of activities at the Hub and out in the Community with a focus on helping individuals build new skills, confidence and communication. We have fun creating art, music, cooking and pamper sessions.

We have permanent contracts available working 16 to 30 hours per week. Hours are negotiable to suit your needs. The Hub is open Monday to Saturday 9am‑4pm.

We’re offering an hourly rate from £12.50 with enhanced rates for overtime and annual pay reviews/rises.

A full UK driving licence and use of your own car is essential for this role.
