What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently
  • Helping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing money
  • Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community
  • Providing personal care (with dignity and respect)
  • Making each day meaningful – and having fun while you do it!

We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Tonbridge, where you will be supporting two adult males with Autism, ADHD and Epilepsy. The people we support within the service enjoy activities in their home, which include playing Xbox, watching DVDs and drawing. They are both also very active within the community, enjoying meals out and also going to work. One of the gentlemen we support has his own vehicle, therefore we are looking for a candidate who holds a Full UK Automatic License and who is willing to drive the vehicle when needed.
