Job description

Working locally, you will join one of our teams delivering great quality individualised support to adults who have a variety of support needs. You will empower individuals to live as independently as possible, promoting choice, dignity, and well‑being. Every day is different in this challenging but rewarding role. Supports will include work in the evenings and weekends as well as sleepovers and waking nights when required. If you would like to get involved in support work but cannot commit to a contract because you have other commitments, we also have opportunities to join our register of relief workers who provide support based on their availability.

• Main Grade Hourly rate of £12.90
