£12.51 - £13.71 plus £67.50 per sleep ins.

Greenfields Children’s Services, part of the CareTech Group, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team in the Bristol area. We provide tailored, high-quality care for children and young people, helping them build brighter futures in a nurturing and stable environment

About the Role:

As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll work closely with young people, supporting their emotional, social, and behavioural development. You’ll be part of a dynamic and experienced team that values compassion, consistency, and person-centred care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building positive, trusting relationships with young people


• Supporting daily routines, activities, and life skills development


• Promoting independence and emotional wellbeing


• Ensuring a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment


• Working within a structured rota: 2 days on, 4 days off (8am – 10pm including sleep-ins)

What We’re Looking For:

• Full UK manual driving licence and own transport (essential due to rural location)


• Minimum 3 months experience in a similar setting (preferred)


• QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People (or willingness to work towards it)


• Energetic, adaptable and ready to engage in fun, active days


• A genuine passion for working with children and young people
