Job summary

A family-run care provider is seeking Support Workers in Swindon to assist individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism. Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months on your right to work.

Where you’ll be working:

Coate Lane - Swindon

This is a 5‑bed supported living service for gentlemen with mental health support needs & autism, this service supports the individuals to live within the community and gain essential life skills around activities of daily living to enable them to move on to more independent living in the future.

Offering supporting living, encouraging and enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and accessing the local community & facilities.

We are looking for support workers to join our amazing team, to continue delivering outstanding outcomes.
