Job summary

A leading health care provider is seeking a committed Support Worker to join a new care home in Swaffham, Norfolk. The role involves promoting resident well-being and providing high-quality care through daily assistance with personal tasks and independence encouragement. A fantastic new job opportunity is now available for a committed Support Worker to work in a brand new care home opening soon based in the Swaffham, Norfolk area.You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This is a modern, purpose-built care home which provides residential, dementia, respite, and convalescence care, offering a comfortable and supportive environment tailored to the individual needs of each resident

As a Support Worker your key duties include:

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

• Have a genuine desire to care for others
• A good team player
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience of working in a care setting
