Job summary

A community care service provider in Northern Ireland is seeking a Support Worker to provide personal care to vulnerable individuals. Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team. The Support Worker will work Monday - Friday with hours varying between 9am and 6pm and will work as and when required between those times. Hours to be further discussed during interview.The Support Worker works as part of a team providing services to vulnerable individuals (including frail elderly, those with physical and learning disabilities and mental health) and their carers. They will provide personal care and low level care tasks to the individual needs of the client assessed by the appropriate professionals.
