United Response in Cornwall is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in St Austell to empower people to live as they choose. You’ll assist with daily living tasks such as dressing, personal care, finances, and appointments, while promoting independence in line with personal support plans.

A Full UK Driver's Licence is required, and you will be part of a supportive team offering training and progression. We offer flexible contracts (full-time, part-time and relief), sleep-in allowances, benefits,

This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending any appointments along with employment, Volunteering and hobbies.
