About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers to join our dedicated team supporting adults with mental health needs and challenging behaviour in a supported living setting.

You will play an important role in promoting independence and improving the quality of life for the people we support through person-centred care and consistent support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support tailored to individual needs
  • Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
  • Support individuals with daily routines and community activities
  • Maintain accurate records and complete daily reports
  • Promote positive behaviour and de-escalate challenging situations using CPI or PMVA techniques
  • Work effectively as part of a team and follow care and support plans
Requirements
  • CPI or PMVA training (current and valid- prefered)
  • Minimum six months experience working with individuals with mental health needs or challenging behaviour
  • Experience in a supported living environment
  • Comfortable providing personal care and assisting with daily living tasks
  • Reliable, compassionate, and committed to promoting independence
