Training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for those without prior experience.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Support Worker in our friendly, motivated team in York.

Our Support Workers are enthusiastic about providing a high-quality and bespoke service to each of the individuals we support. To succeed in this position, you will need great communication and interpersonal skills so that you can form solid relationships and effectively handover information to your colleagues.

Our main priority for the role is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own. You don't need to have previous experience in this field, we are more than happy to work with you to help you become an excellent Support Worker.

The duties are varied, and no two days are the same. We are all individuals at the end of the day and deserve to be treated as such. As a general guide some duties include, assisting with personal care, meal preparation, light household tasks. As well as help to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as gardening, shopping, watching footie, bingo, attending musicals, and that's just to name a few!
