Dimensions Ltd is seeking a passionate Support Worker for a full-time role in South Tyneside. The position covers 30 hours a week, including long days, sleep-ins, and weekend work. A full UK/EU driving licence is essential.

You’ll support Mark and Andrew with daily activities, personal care, and mobility, building meaningful relationships while promoting independence and social participation. No prior experience required—your attitude matters and you’ll receive training and development.

About the role

Mark – enjoys sports, technology, and spending time in calmer environments. He can be a little quiet when meeting new people, but with patience and trust you'll quickly discover his warm personality, great sense of humour, and engaging nature.
Andrew – is outgoing, sociable, and loves keeping active. He's passionate about amateur boxing and enjoys a busy social life. If you enjoy supporting someone to get out and about, meet people, and make the most of every day, you'll love working with Andrew.

No two days are the same – and that’s what makes this role so rewarding. You’ll:

Shifts:

Long days and sleep ins, 10am-10pm including sleep in and finish next day, along with a variety of shifts during the day.

We are looking for people who can offer flexibility and also be able to work weekends
