Overview

Female Support Worker Sonning Common - £12.24ph

Typical Shifts are: 7am-2pm, 2pm-9pm, 9pm-7am

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Responsibilities
  • Support the people we work with to gain more independence in their daily lives
  • Work within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people
  • Enhance lives by teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, and encouraging local community access
  • Socialise and participate in activities with the people we support, including outdoor outings, games, cinema, or visiting local bars and pubs
  • Help individuals grow in confidence and independence to achieve their goals (e.g., cooking dinner, going on holiday)
