Job summary

A person-centred Care Company is looking for Support Workers to join their team in Gloucester. You will be responsible for supporting adults with complex needs, helping them live independently and improve their wellbeing. Ideal candidates should be passionate about making a difference, possess good communication skills, and be able to work flexibly across various shifts. Qualifications

Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to commencement of employment, the disclosure expense will be met by the employer.
